Automating systems for Tribe Network.
This project involved documenting, designing and implementing automated system for Tribe Network, a minority focused incubator operating out of Halifax. It aimed at eliminating manual bottlenecks and enabling scalable growth. The objective was to build systems around current tooling used by the team such as Monday.com and existing systems. where user operations flow seamlessly through automated workflows rather than fragmented, manual processes requiring data inputs, form filling, and manual email sending.
The system was built using a combination of workflow automation tools such as N8N, APIs, and structured data architecture. Key platforms such as forms, CRM systems, communication channels, and task management tools were integrated to ensure that once user data enters the system, it is automatically captured, processed, and synchronized across all relevant touchpoints. For example, new user once a meeting ends, a Webhook is triggered in N8N to kick start a meeting summarization workflow that neatly ends up in Monday.com as a member /founder interaction without requiring manual intervention.
